This course is for those who want to know more about Chakras and Auras, their colours, effects, how to sense and balance the Chakras, techniques to raise the vibrations of the Chakras, and how the balance of our energies effect our mind body and spirit. The course is backed up by a comprehensive manual.

This is a practical and fun day that incorporates lots of techniques and activities, also showing you how to use these techniques in your therapies and everyday lives!

 

Stress Busting
Course duration = 1 day

With 88% of all illnesses now being related to stress, and more and more people taking time off work as they are unable to cope with work stress, it is more and more important to raise our awareness of where stress comes from. Whilst stress remains unchecked its impact can lead to problems at home, at work, and also with your physical, mental and emotional health.

This one day course takes a Holistic look at the many causes of stress and how to manage it. It helps attendees identify the early warning signs as well as the short and long term effects of stress. Attendees will leave the course with a range of effective practical and holistic stress management and relaxation techniques that they can instantly apply to their lives.

Life Skills - Part One
Course duration = 1 day

> Do you feel dissatisfied with your life but don’t know why?
> Are you suffering with stress but don’t know what to do about it?

Do you feel that life is passing you by and that you are just existing but not really living?

Do you feel like you are going no where?
>
Do you feel that something is stopping you from being happy and successful but you don’t know what?

Part one of this course enables you to:

Assess your life, where you are, identify your dreams and goals, your strengths and weaknesses, your work/ life balance, your values, and then enables you to create some realistic goals for the future.

The second part of the day looks and what is stopping you from achieving and what your obstacles may be. It also addresses issues such as self esteem, confidence and overcoming stress.

Life Skills - Part Two
Course duration = 1 day

The second part of the Life Skills programme enables participants to overcome some of the obstacles that they have identified in the first part of the programme. The days course covers:

How to Create Conflict and How to Resolve it
Course duration = 1 day

Conflict can occur anywhere, whether it is at home, the workplace, with the general public or just when you are in contact with other people. The most effective way to resolve conflict is to identify what creates conflict in the first place. This course is very effective at teaching the early warning signs of conflict, identifying triggers for conflict, and helping participants to work through a system that helps to resolve conflict quickly and effectively. Attendees also leave the course informed in many different techniques they can use in the future and also more aware of their own triggers and issues regarding conflict.


Managing Anger and Conflict
Course duration = 1 day

Are you an imploder or an exploder,do you use sarcasm or are you a winder upper? Do you bottle your anger until it becomes rage,do you internalise it and suffer with depression, or explode uncontrollably? Do you deal with angry people on a day-to-day basis? Learn what triggers your anger, the early warning signs, what your role models taught you, plus techniques you can use to diffuse and manage both yours and others anger.


Confidence Building Part 1 - 'Discovery Day'
Course duration = 1 day

Do you really know who you are? Your strengths and limitations, your passions and goals. Do you know what is holding you back and preventing you from achieving? This day course aims to raise your self awareness, identify and help to release self limiting beliefs that have held you back for so long, define your dreams and goals, boost your self esteem, and release you to be the person you were born to be – anything is possible if you want it enough and know how to achieve it!

Confidence Building Part 2 - 'Create a more confident you!'
Course duration = 1 day

How can you get what you want in life in a calm, non-aggressive way? How often do you say YES to people when you really want to say NO? Being confident means being able to say what you mean and how you feel in a calm, and non-aggressive manner. To build confidence it is important to address what stops you from being the confident person you are born to be, and learning steps to build your confidence one step at a time In this way we can achieve what we have always dreamed of!

Presentation Skills

'We never get a second chance to make a first impression!' - This days course highlights the importance of what we say to people non verbally and how we can guarantee to make a wonderful first impression, whether it is at a job interview, presenting to a group ,in a meeting, or even on a first date.

Look Good Feel Good!
Course duration = 1 day

Look and feel good on the inside and outside! This one day course looks at the impact a healthy diet has on our quality of life,as well as looking at the effect of vitamins/minerals/water intake/exercise/additives and preservatives. Attendees become more informed about portion control, balancing the diet, and how diet affects your energy and mood. The second half of the day looks at feeling good on the outside of the body, instructing attendees on how to maintain healthy hair/skin/nails/and body

Basic skin care - identify your skin type and learn simple skin care techniques to create a healthy glowing skin

Healthy hair care - identify your hair type and learn which products suit your hair the best
> Healthy nails - assess your nail condition and learn how to maintain healthy looking nails
