What is an ‘Aromatherapy Energising’ Facial?
The Aromatherapy Energising Facial routine works on the ‘Shiatsu’ pressure points of the face neck and scalp incorporating Lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular techniques and Aromatherapy oils.
| > | Pressure points are stimulated, blocked energies released, and a flow of revitalising energy is brought to the face and skin. |
| > | Toxins are drained from the face, head and scalp leaving the skin rejuvenated and glowing. |
| > | The muscles of the face, neck and shoulders lose their tension and relax. Very beneficial for shoulder problems. |
| > | The blood flow is stimulated through facial reflex points increasing the nutrient flow to the skin. |
| > | There is a deep sense of relaxation and well being created. |
| > | Aromatherapy essential oils hydrate and nourish the skin, as well as treating various skin conditions. |

| > | Anatomy of the face, neck and shoulders. |
| > | In-depth skin analysis ,consultation inc contraindications. |
| > | Knowledge ,application and blending of specific Aromatherapy oils related to skin care and relaxation, |
| > | Shiatsu pressure point ‘Energising’ routine. |
| > | Lymphatic drainage massage routine. |
| > | Swedish massage/neuromuscular techniques. |
| > | Facial skin care routine. |
| > | Consultation/Assessment work and Health and Safety. |
Assessment is via written and oral questions, and the submission of 2 case studies.
